Refund Policy

Purchases are sold by our reseller, the payment provider named at checkout, which acts as merchant of record. Refunds are approved by us and paid by it, to the payment method you used, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

A credit pack can be refunded in full if none of its credits have been used and you ask within 14 days of buying it. A pack from which any credits have been spent cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it.

You can cancel a plan at any time; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and have not used any of the credits it gave you, we will refund that payment. Renewals and partly used periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Credits that were given rather than bought — invite credits, bonus credits, trial credits — have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

If a generation fails, its credits return to your balance automatically; there is nothing to ask for. If a generation was delivered, the charge stands. If you were charged for a picture you never received, write to us within 14 days with the details and we will check the record.

Use the refund link on the receipt from our merchant of record, or write to hello@elvoko.com from the email address on your account with the date of the purchase and its order number.

Credits are digital content supplied at once. At checkout you are asked to agree to that and to acknowledge that the statutory right to withdraw ends once you start using them. Unused packs can still be refunded within 14 days as described above.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are quicker to fix directly. While a chargeback on a delivered purchase is open, the account may be suspended.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live.

We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date. A change never applies to a purchase made before it.
